Processing Time

All items are made-to-order. Processing time differs from product to product. Generally We’ll ship out within 1 – 3 working days, while engraved or personalized orders may take 2-5 working days. During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be longer.

Please be aware that the shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing delays which is unfortunately not under our control.

* We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or (APO, FPO) military addresses. 
* Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so we cannot be liable or held responsible for any delay after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. weather change, war, natural disaster, strike, but please be assured that we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience that may arise.

* When choosing DHL expedited shipping, due to across-border transportation, customs duties may be required, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Tracking My Order
